At CPrimeLuis Holiday Décor, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings joy and satisfaction to your holiday experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to providing a hassle-free process for returns and refunds.
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, as well as the steps to follow to process them.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:- It must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and protective materials.
- You must request the return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized items, and any seasonal decor purchased after the holiday season, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order by calling (517) 646-6712 or emailing info@primeluis.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a replacement or full refund. - Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us assess the issue quickly.
- We will arrange for the return shipping and either issue a refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the same process as for a return. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a credit to your account, which you can use towards your exchange purchase. For your convenience, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:- Custom or personalized orders
- Seasonal decor purchased after the holiday season
